[locked/work] Hurm.

Think fast.

Hurm. Hurmity hurm. HURM.

...now I have a head full of questions about neuroplasticity and flatlines and jammers and the Bug.

I know we have Dr. Frost and Dr. Baylor and Dr. Reyes and Dr. Ramachandran. But we need a damned neurologist. Of oourse, then she'd just want to poke me in the brains. Maybe nevermind.

Harpy, we're sending you back to school. Don't worry: El Jefe and I will make sure the government pays.

Interesting. I read the paper: nothing really surprising, given current trends in research, but still interesting.

..."flatlines"? 0.0

You read all the papers. It's in your job description. You're like the old guy on the park bench with seventeen newspapers.

...sorry, bro. Blaze is SAC on the Springfield thing, and I'm this close to wishing we'd get some action so I can tell him to go bother his own technical analyst, please. But in fairness I'm sure the baselines don't want him any more than we would.

Speciesist moment. Not proud.

Aren't you supposed to be on a mountain somewhere, dropping yourself on your head?

Even the wilderness has gone 3G. Though the coverage isn't as fast as Wabbitnet.

But I wouldn't ever want you dropped on your head. (In Stanley's case, I'll pay you to drop him on his head. Twice. Sure you won't invite him climbing?)

OMG. Trapped on the side of a mountain with Blaze. Did she jump or was he pushed?

(In other news, text message is hard when you pull your thumb climbing a crack. *g*)

(Any NORMAL person would have sprained the same fingers she sprained last February keeping Dad's juice inside Dad, but nooooooo, you had to sprain a totally different digit. And not even an pulley tendon, which is what normal climbers strain.)

It would not be you jump-or-was-pusheding.

I passed on medical school once already, sis. You're just going to have to draft someone from outside the family!

But then you could be Doctor Harpy. ("I'm not a real harpy but I am a real doctor.")
